Take care of clearing postal items through customs

Foreign postal materials are brought in by plane, train, and ship.

Postal items; parcel posts and express mail service item are packed in separate postal bags. When the bags arrived at the Bangkok International Airport, the Communication Authority of Thailand will take them to the Bangkok Mail Center, or Laksi Mail Center for EMS.

The Royal Thai Customs Department has established a working unit called "The Postal Custom House" for the purpose of selecting and examining postal materials before delivering them to the addresses.
